No devices in WD2Go, but do show in app

I use the android app to remotely access my files on my WD MyCloud. Works (however very slowly…).
When i log in on WD2Go, it shows no devices present. Anything I am doing wrong?

Hi, are you trying to connect to wd2go.com from a mobile device? If so, the website is designed to work on a computer. If you are trying on a computer, have you tried on a different web browser?

First is to make sure you have Remote Access enabled for the My Cloud through the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings > General> Cloud Access > Remote Access = On. Second is to ensure you have a User account configured for Cloud Access on the Dashboard > Cloud Access page. Next, make sure to use the same email address that you have input for the User in the My Cloud Dashboard when you log into the MyCloud.com site. Also make sure your My Cloud has the latest firmware as certain features with both the MyCloud.com site and mobile apps may not work properly with older firmware.

Had to delete the user account and reinstall… Now it works again :slight_smile:
