when i loginto wd2go.com my cloud is showing:

No devices available. |
even though it is there, working fine with app ect… anyone any idea’s i am on latest firmware
Hve you registered the user into the MyCloud service yet?
Go to Cloud Access, click the user, and look under “WDMyCloud.com Login for [username]” section.
of course, its all there no problem at all, even shows my cloud devices yet nothing showing in the wd2go site.
this is super frustrating indeed.
any other ideas i could try?
One more question… Is the email address shown there the address you’re using when signing onto the wd2go website?
