No associated nas

My cloud os 5 5.26119. Brand new out of box…

Set up 3 users the same exact way. 2 users work 1 get no associated nas. These are all family members and i set them up, rebooted nas unplugged waited 1 hour still same.

Try to delte the user so i could readd and get error 400 something went wrong checkbactive internet connection, but obviously have internet otherwise i couldnt talk to device. This is brand new and frustrating.

Honestly i cant be the only person with this issue

The MyCloud hasn’t been available for quite some time. Are you sure it was new when you bought it (not “Open Box” or “New - Other”?)
