Cloud access

I have a MyClouldEX2Ultra. I had an error code 1002 connection error when I was trying to add new user to the cloud access. I rebooted the device following the customer service’s instructions. After all, I as admin can access the drive via os5 app. My wife’s app shows device offline. My mums app shows no associated Nas. Couldn’t resolve the problem with WD support. Just wondering anyone has the same experience?
