My Cloud EX2 Ultra

My cloud just suddenly stopped working - not visible on my network. I cant map it, I cant see it. I try to log into My cloud and the page returns “No Associated NAS”.

I made no changes to anything, this just happened???

It just magically appeared a day later. Which worries me about the products reliability and stability.

Step one of all computer trouble shooting is “Reboot”. If it works - - - don’t worry further. There are too many things that can create “isolated incidents”
