How can I resolve this error I do not have access to the login and I can not access Nas

If you have forgotten your password, press the reset button for four seconds. This will clear the admin password.

What error? What is the specific error message? Can you post a screen capture of the error message? Without more (specific) information there is no way for others to assist.
