No access to non-public shares with OS 5 and iPhone App

Hello,
I have installed a new MyBookEX2Ultra but I have no access to non-public drives secured with password via OS5 or the IOS iPhone app. It does only work with public shares. However access to non-public shares is possible with Windows 10 and MacOS Big Sur.
Are there any ideas how to solve this problem?

Please make sure the Web & Mobile App access is enabled on the Private Share folders

Also make sure the user that you are logged in with has proper permission on the share folder.

  • Login to adminUI
  • Click on Share TAB
  • Select the Share folder from left menu
  • Scroll down to see the permission on the folder.
