No access to mybooklive

Hello guys,

I have a small problem with my mybooklive (isn’t mybook live duo)

My my book live control light in the front of the NAS is continuous white.

In the manual they describe that as a firmware update. But the Nas isn’t do anything.

I can’t access my dashboard and I also don’t see my NAS in the network.

Can somebody help me with this problem?

You probably have had a failed firmware update. It happens to a lot of people. Thankfuly there are solutions.

Do you have SSH access? If you can trick the MBL to doing a firmware update

If you do not have SSH access, then you must use one of the debrick guides on this forum
