No Access To Local Network Drives Using Plex On MycloudEX2Ultra

Hi,
Was looking for a bit of help trying to sort out adding other external home network drives to the Plex server running on my MYCloudEX2Ultra.

I installed plex no problem on the EX2Ultra, then followed the guide to add the film/Tv that i all ready have on that drive, All went fine.
But the problem is there are no options to add the other drives that i have mapped.

I had thought that once they were mapped they would show up to add, but nope.
The network settings i have on the EX2 are,

Maybe they need to be configured correctly,
Any help on this would be appreciated thanks.

Hi @Steven_R_Crawford,

The Plex version included with My Cloud Ex2 Ultra is the version that is tested to work with the device. We have notified the proper groups of your concern regarding the version of Plex available on My Cloud Ex2 Ultra.

Any resolution or fix would be delivered in the form of a future device, mobile app, software, or firmware update.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a schedule as to when a release will occur or if a resolution or fix, will or will not be included in a specific release version.
