I took my new My Book out of the box, hooked up the usb cable to it and to my computer. I then plugged in the ac power adapter to a good electrical outlet. When I plugged in the power cord to the hard drive, the white LED power light flashed on and immediately went off and nothing else happened. I bought a new adapter and the same thing happen. Model of My Book is WDBFJK0030HBK-NESN.
