New Laptop and My Book Live data access

My old desktop died and I have a new laptop (Windows 10). File explorer can see MyBookLive on the network, but I cannot access any of the data files. Via the IP address, i can get to a Shares>Public folder and can see that there is data on the drive (130.1 GB / 992 GB), but when I try accessing, it tells me to install the Java Plug-in. I installed Java (successfully many times) and I still get the same error.

I have attempted to install the WD software on the new laptop, but cannot find MyBookLive as an option.
All I see is WD MY CLOUD options.

I just need access to my data… HELP!

That seems very odd. How are you trying to access the drive? I can (vaguely) believe that a browser might ask you to install a Java plug-in, but File Explorer shouldn’t.
