I wonder if you have some sort of application installed that is putting those icons on the pictures. In any event those icons have nothing to do with the My Cloud nor are caused by the My Cloud since as you can see you are looking at the pictures on your local hard drive and not the My Cloud.

I have Windows 10 and have tried to see what you are getting and can’t. What are the exact steps you take in order to get to the pictures and have these icons appear?

Sorry, but what does WS mean?

Are you using a desktop, laptop, cell phone or tablet etc?

Perhaps if you use PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) and show the results here then someone can help you.
