using windows 10 and iOS latest, no thumbs on either desktop app on my cloud app, but pics found. In wd photos, in public/my shared pic, the directories and folders are found, but no pictures, help please

Can you please share more information about your question? are you having issues only with the thumbs?
alsoWD photos doesn’t find any photos, it used to, so Desk top finds photos, but no thumbs, my cloud app, the same, in public folder, shared photos
Bought a Synology box, streams pics perfectly, with thumbs, thanks WD for ignoring my many requests for help
