I recently purchased a new Windows 10 computer and it doesn’t recognize My Passport (WDBY8L0020BSL-01). I assume I need to load the drivers but I can’t find any of my original documentation. Thanks
Have you check in the Disk Management if the drive show up? You can use this USB Tree View app to check if a device is connect to the computer.
