Network drive visible as "Storage" but cannot access files

Really struggling to access my old MyBookLive. It’s connected to my network, I can access it via a broswer and I can see it in Windows Explorer but I cannot actually access any of the files. I have been troubleshooting for the last two hours and am at my wit’s end, I am BEGGING for help to figure out a solution.

Computer is on Windows 11 Home, both it and the MyBook are plugged into the same router.

I’m hoping I am just missing something obvious and simple, but I have tried literally every solution and troubleshooting step I’ve found via this website and elsewhere on the web to no avail. Open to ANY suggestions, please please please help!

How to Access My Book Live When Connected Directly to a Computer

Thank you for the links, but even plugging the MyBook directly into my computer’s ethernet port, I still cannot access it. It still shows as “Storage” under my Network, I can see it via a browser, but I am still having the exact same problem.
