I have three WDLIVE hubs around the house all hard wire connected by Ethernet to Internet .
2 off the have the NETFLIX App and work correctly
The new one does not under about it has a model device info 1.02.17 and firmware is upto date
I cannot find a way to connect to the internet to install the app to WDLive Media Centre or work out how install the app to a thumb drive.
When I go to my PC to down load the Netflix app It installs it on the PC , and I cannot work out how to copy app to a thumb drive.

1.02.17 isn’t a Hub. It’s probably the WD TV.
The WD TV does not and cannot support NetFlix.

I have 3 WDTV live media players
All with firmware 1.02.17 which is the latest
2 have the NETFLIX app on screen under services and WORK and connect and play NETFLIX
the new one I just purchased yesterday does not.
I need to find a way under the icon for apps on USB to put the NETFLIX app on a USB so it can be read by the WDTV.

I have no idea what you’re talking about, then.
The WD TV’s that run 1.02.17 do not, never have, and never will support netflix. 1.02.17 isn’t the latest for ANY WD TV Live player.
Latest Versions:
WD TV Live HD: 1.06.43_V
WD TV Live Plus: 1.06.43_B
WD TV Live Hub: 3.12.13
WD TV Live Streaming Media Player: 2.02.32
I suspect you’re using two different models.
Please post the MODEL NUMBERS (from the “About” screen) for all three of your players.

I went back and took another look at the boxes you were right they look identical but are different so I will take it back to the shop and change it tommorrow but as you can see Netflix works on the WDTV Live Streaming Media Player

It’ll be surprising if you can change it… The older box is no longer made.
I will find a way to change it and get it working, it’s just another challenge.
