Mycloud home with out internet

1.Is it possible to access " my cloud home " with out an internet connection like a normal NAS?
2.if anybody will access my cloud home with the user name and password from any where ?
3. with out an internet connection how we create & allocate space for new users?
4. is it possible to share “my cloud home” in a local network with out an internet connection?

@sumeshps My Cloud Home cannot be setup, used or accessed correctly without an internet connection. I would suggest a My Cloud Mirror or EX2 Ultra which does not require internet to function.

My Cloud Home is not for “Small Office Network”. I would suggest a My Cloud PR2100 / PR4100 depending on your office needs.
