MyCloud Home WD Discovery won't Install

The MyCloud WD Discovery installation downloaded from the WD web-site continuously fails reporting the following:

error during execution ““C;\temp\wdtemp\install WD Discovery for Windows.exe-sfx””. The system cannot find the file specified

Can anyone help here … this is being installed on a new Windows 10 fully updated OS with the Anti-Virus software turned off …

Additionally, why is there a “;” in the path of the error report ???
