I have read many, many posts about this problem and none have answers that work for me. It has been several months since my MyCloud Home went offline and lost its mapped local drive on my computer. I would really like to access the files on this drive, however reset does nothing, no matter how long I hold the paper clip in the reset hole. Turning it off and back on (which I’ve done countless times) does nothing. Is there anything at all I can do to restore access to this drive?
