Hi, when did this started happening? What version of the firmware where you running? Have you plugged the drive to a different power outlet? Have you connected power cord into the other power port?

hi my firmware 2.11.140.no my devices one power supply.devices is power
cord active run but system opnening five minutes run and system rebooting .
The motherboard can be a problem.
opening device resets itself.
