MyCloud EX2 Ultra won't connect in Finder (MacOS) after firmware update

I’m in the process of moving (though haven’t moved MyCloud NAS or the router it’s connected to yet) and only now noticed that my MacBook Air hasn’t updated since September 18, where it updated to 5.29.102, which appears to have a bug in it because not only does it show that my 14TB NAS has 0kb available (when Time Machine shows that it has 12.6TB available), it says that it can’t update firmware because there’s no space.

Do I have to wipe the drive and start over? This has several years of backups on it…
