MyCloud EX2 Ultra error lights & not accessible

This morning, I noticed the power light is solid red as is the Disk 2 light. (Disk 1 is showing blue.)
I can no longer connect to the server – I get “not found” errors when I try to “Map Network Drive”.
I tried doing a 4-second reset and that did not solve it.
Help!
