I have a MyCloud EX2 setup for Raid 1 with two 2TB drives. The dashboard home page capacity shows that there is 374GB free. However if I try copying one file to it from Windows File Explorer, Windows says the disk is full. I had been using this NAS for years with no issues. I map a drive to a public folder and use Norton Backup to back my laptop up to it. I haven’t been able to write to this drive for a few months now. I tried deleting a bunch of old backups on it, but that barely freed up any space. Is there some way to defrag a NAS, or something similar?
