Computer thinks My Cloud is full, dashboard disagrees

My computer will not allow me to copy more files onto my My Cloud because it says there is not enough space. I have it mapped as a network drive and it shows a total space of 580 GB with 16.7 GB of free space. Both of these are wrong. I have the EX2 Ultra so it is two 2 GB drives. The dashboard confirms 1.5 GB of free space. What’s going on here? How do I get my computer to recognize how much space is actually there? Why are the two not communicating properly?

You will have better luck in the dedicated EX2 subforum where people more familiar with the EX2 Ultra may be able to help. This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay My Cloud device.
