MYCloud EX4 Disk full problem

I have a WD MyCloud EX4 with 2 WD Red 4TB NAS Hard Disks with Raid Mode JBOD. The dashboard confirms that I have 2 volumes each with 4TB and each volume has about 2TB of space on them. However, the system has sent me several warnings saying that each volume is 95% full. Also in Windows (7) explorer each volume appears to be 95% full. I am 99% sure that each volume is only 50% full.

Is it possible that the 2 volumes you created actually turned out to be on one physical drive?

Hi, I have the same problem. Have a 4 x 3TB unit, that all of sudden is at capacity. Windows 10 says it only has 8GB left when I check drive properties. However, when I select all of the files I have on the drive and look at their properties, I have over 2.5TB left! I know I haven’t been able to fill 2.5TB since last time I looked at my storage. Have logged a case with WD. Nothing back as yet. It is troubling though - have lost 1/3 of my storage!
