My NAS is full

Hello, my NAS MyCloud EX2 ultra is completely full and I only have 5GB or 6GB.

I have 2 HDD of 2TB.

Your NAS is full, so what is your question? Are you saying you only have 5 or 6 GB of data free on the EX2, or that you only copied 5 or 6 GB of data to the EX2 and it is reporting as full?

You may want to see the dedicated EX2 series subforum where people more knowledgeable may be able to assist if you have a specific problem that needs addressing. This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for discussing the single bay My Cloud units.

If you are using WD Sync there is a known problem where that application may fill up an entire My Cloud device, in part due to that program’s version history setting.
