Hello - for whatever reason my MyCloud device does not sync. Many of the folders that I have set up to sync are empty, and the system status says that the it is up to date. Ive tried rebuilding databases (how long should that take btw?) and rebooting the whole system to no avail. Honestly this product seems to be very buggy and overly complex and seems to not work as advertised. The serial number is WCC7K2SF2XPE. At this point, I might give up on it and send it back if there is no solution. OSX 10.11.6 btw. Thank you in advance.

Plenty of us use free alternatives, such as FreeFileSync.
