Just installed my 4TB MyCloud and have only backed up music files to it. Even when the drive is disconnected from the network, it sounds as if it is still running as if it is being accessed, Can anyone tell me what it is doing?
Maybe it is indexing?
How did you back up your files, did you use SmartWare?
Have you opened the Dashboard and set Drive Sleep to ON?
How long has it been since you last backed up any music?
What are the lights on the rear doing?
