Hello- i need some help

I’ve just bought a WD Mycloud to free up some space on the pc hard drive. I’ve moved all my music onto the drive but now I want to access my music from itunes (all on the network, my wifi).

itunes can see the drive but when i click on it to load it it shows that it is loading then nothing happens. It is all connected through a bt homehub 4.

Going through windows explorer I can see everything on the drive but it is just itunes and windows media center which can’t see the music

Anyone got any ideas on how to make it work - this is annoying me so much I want to chuck it out of the window!
