I found myself not being able to connect with my MyCloud earlier today. I did the 40 second reboot, but after about 15 minutes, the LED goes out. Fortunately, I’m able to connect, but a little concerned about the LED.
If you have a 1st generation My Cloud and it’s the front LED the blue will burn out. What are the LEDs on the rear doing?
My blue LED on the front has been burned out for quite a while.
The LED on my hard drive has burned too. Went to the Service Center for any remedy as mine is under the warranty period but the officials there told that nothing can be done with this. Thanks and Regards, Cartoon HD playbox
The rear LED’s are working fine. I can still connect with the drive, but I guess I’ll stick with it.
