My wd passport ultra dive not visible i cant see it after connecting

i brought wd my passport ultra harddrive 2 month back…
recently i tried to connect it with my lappy, i cant see it in my computer, whta shuld i doo?
also it dispaly my drive as 0820 model.
plz help me in this?
