My passport ultra not showing up on computer

Hi
I have an ultra portable drive for about 6 months and have used it without any problem. This morning it is not showing up on my main computer. The light on the device is solid lit. I have tried it in two usb ports. Both the ports on my computer work with my mouse. I have just plugged the drive into another computer and it is visible there.

Can you advise how I might get it visible on my principle PC again?

What’s the OS that you are running on that PC? Is that a laptop or desktop? if is a desktop, try using the USB Ports on the back of the computer.
