My PassPort Ultra Will Not Show Up In Devices

hello, I purchased a passport ultra about a month ago and it was working great, however it no longer shows up in “my computer”. It will show up under control panel, under devices. But I cant access my files anymore.

Try to connect the drive on a different computer to see to see if you get the same issue, or perhaps a different USB cable and port as well.
