I desperately need help. My Passport Ultra stopped showing on my pc and i do not know why:( I have dropped it few times but it always worked.
So you know, it is showing on my device and i can see the little icon that says “Eject My Passport Ultra Metal” when I click on it but it does not show files or the folder that contains my tons of work.
I occasionally see blinking lights and it vibrates.
PLEASE HELP!!
