OK I have opened the dashboard in a browser and have tried to update the firmware and it keeps saying “updating…” and it has said this for hours. I have also tried adding a user or changing the admin info and same things just says “updating…” see picture below. WHAT IS GOING ON? It won’t do anything and just sits there?!?

Do a reset on the unit to see if after resetting it does not get stuck, this is not normal for the dashboard so try to reset the unit.

You can also try to do a system only restore on the drive
