So this is my second unit from best buy. It will power on and sometimes restart and then work ok for a while. When i go to pause it, it does nothing I cant stop go back nothing. I have to unplug it every time. I do have to most up to date firmware. Not sure what else to do. Please help! Thanks

Other users have reported a similar issue but on the WD TV Live SMP.
What model do you have?
The issue is currently is under investigation for that other model.
An user on this thread has reported that unit works fine after a firmware downgrade.

Any update on this? I have 2 SMPs that are acting this way.
