Device FREEZE on 2.02.32 & "The device fails to check for new firmware"

Guys,

Very serious, I loved this product so far, but for the last few months it is nothing but trouble.

I have a WD TV Live WDBGXT0000NBK with 2.02.32 firmware.

The usual - FREEZE wheneve I use it for more than 15-20 min + the message “The device fails to check for new firmware. Check your network connection and try again” when i try to updat the firmware. Of course connection works perfectly, but ithe update doesn’t.

QUESTION: When do you expect this to be fixed, otherwise I SERIOUSLY PLAN to switch away from WD ???

I have the same problems and errors. Also the remote doesnt want to work - even after new batteries.
