My PC cannot find the mycloud on my network. power connected, connection to router, followed the install video. when it scans it continuously displays device not found.
what am I doing wrong?
Look at you router’s IP Table and see what address has been assigned to your MyCloud. Then open a browser and type in that IP address. (ex. 192.168.1.150). That will open the MyCloud Dashboard and you can then setup your MyCloud. You do not need any WD software to setup your MyCloud.
What PC are you using? If Windows are your PC and My Cloud in the same workgroup?
