Windows does not find My Cloud

I have my WD My Cloud connected on Eth 2 on my router (DHCP IP 10.0.0.6). I see it in my router-Dashboard (correctly) connected. 

I can connect via WLAN (same router) to the MyCloud via Phone, iPad, etc.

When I connect the MyCloud directly via Ethernet to the computer (Win7) - the computer also recognises the MyCloud.

But I am not able to access the MyCloud directly via my computer when connected to the router. Neither via setup nor directly.

When I try to enter the IP driectly to the browser I got an error-message “err-adress-unreachable”.

Does anyone have a hint?!?

I’d recommend confirming if there is an IP address conflic between your computer and your WD My Cloud, or if your computer has a very strong Firewall.

How would I do that?  I experiencing the same problem.
