My passport was just working yesterday and today when I plugged it in it wouldn’t pop up like I used to so I tried to manually mount it and that wouldn’t work either, it is just popping up a Boot OS X drive with nothing in it. The cable is not bad, the hard drive is spinning and the light works, I have a lot of important videos and pictures on there and I don’t care about the hard drive I just need the videos and pictures. Please Help Thanks!
