Unable to run WD Security to encrypt newly purchased My Passport drive.
Windows 10 Explorer registers the new 2TB drive and I can save to it.
Cannot get the encryption software to work.
Have tried several times loading , unloading and reloading the WD Security BUT the WE Drive Utilities window cannot see it. Keep getting ‘Attach a supported WD drive’.
Why does the security software not work?
Why is the whole process of accessing the WD Security online so clunky? There should be a self start function on the drive.
