I’m using a My Passport 4TB. I can use the hardrive. But when I open WD Security, it saids: “attach a supported WD drive”. Please help, thank you

Have you got the latest version of WD Security? My Version 2.0.0.48 works Click on “About” at the bottom of the Security screen…
Are you using WD Backup or WD Smartware? The File clip doesn’t look right. When you open the drive it should show a folder “WD Backup.swstor” or “WD Smartware.swstor”.
Did you do the WD Setup?
