Hey!
I have a My Passport Ultra and I can’t connect it to my pc. Often my computer doesn’t find the drive but when it does it thinks that it is a cd reader.
What can I do to fix this?

I recommend you try replacing the USB cable and if possible try it on another computer.

I have tryed it on severel computer and it happens the same everytime.
