i have a wd passport ultra and i buy this from online shopping …it has 3 year warrenty…now few days later when i connect this device from my pc then this massage is shown by my pc…the massage is its is does not recognized by pc and it’s malfunctioned…so plz replace it…because it is in warrenty period…i have it’s box…but lose this online shopping bill…plzz help me…
