I can not save files to my password. I have tired running every app, I’ve tried erasing the drive, I’m not sure how to format. When I attemtp to open it says "
_ “This drive is not locked” To unlock a different WB drive, please open the WD drive Unlock CD associated with the direced drive, and then run the WD Drive unlock application to unlock the drive" _
I can see files in the drive, but I can’t create any new folders or open the drive.
I have updaeted the sofware.
