I have a 1TB Passport Ultra with the locker program built into the drive.
When I plug in my WDpassport, I have to unlock the drive by putting in a password.
Which is on a “CD Drive” on the passport and then it unlocked the HDD drive on the device.
I was backing up my data to another local HDD on my PC.
My PC froze while backing up. It was not a complete freeze but I could not access my windows explorer. I restarted my PC. When I logged back into my PC I had to wait 3minutes before my WD passport showed up. I can no longer open the unlocker or access my WDPassport.
Is there a work around for this problem or is the WD passport dead?
