I got a new WD passport ultra and backed up my iMac in August. Now it doesn’t load on to my iMac. How do I recover my data?
Full disc access is allowed in security , It didn’t show with OS Sonoma nor with OS Sequoia now. I rebooted the computer with every new step, still no WD: I doen’t show on disc utility. On the WD app, it says “attach a supported WD drive” which shows nothing ; Nothing else connected, excellent cable and USB slot. help!
