My Passport Ultra 1tb has issues

I bought this harddisk early this year and it claims to have a 3 year warranty. ive been using it pretty well then all of a sudden today it starts copying stuff very slow now its showing "access denied’ while trying to access data. ive used data lifeguard and the problem is still there. the hard disk shows at times at other times it doesnt. it has alot of data in it but non is as precious. ive read quite a number of forums on this but non is helping. Im in Kenya, assistance would be appreciated on how to ship it back to claim for warranty.

PS: * I’ve tried different cables (its still new and intact)

       *I’ve tried using diffferent computers

       *the software and drivers are uptodate (its a 2014 model)

       *the biggest issue is accessing the harddisk is unreliable. sometimes its usable at times its completely          unusabe (most times)

After all the troubleshooting you have done I would recommend you to contact support  http://support.wdc.com/country/index.asp?lang=en%22 and check on the replacement options for your country.
