My Passport software won't install

I’m having problems installing WD Security and WD Drive Utilities.

It will only install about 70% of files and then stop.

Please help.

Did you install it from your WD My Passport drive?

Yes I did.

It did install on my other computer with Windows 10

Try to uninstall it, then restart your computer. Download and Install the driver/utilities from the WD website instead. Hope this helps!
