For days I have been trying to install the discovery software for My Passport. It downloads and extracts. But when it comes to the installation it doesn’t go anywhere. It stays at 0%. I left it open all night trying to see if it needed time and it never installed.
I have Windows 10 installed and I just purchased the passport from Best Buy this week.
